Libertas TALK

At the first edition of the Libertas TALK which was organized on 9th of March, the students had the opportunity to hear inspiring entrepreneurial story by Member of the Board and co-founder of Poslovna inteligencija, Anita Cvetić Oreščanin. In the introductory part of the Libertas Talk, Anita shared experiences from her student days and underlined the importance of involvement in extracurricular activities, through various student organizations, associations, internships and Erasmus programs.

In her professional career Anita spent 5 years in large multinational companies, she explained how to stand behind your ideas in tlarge organizations saying “It is important to find a good mentor and work on development of soft skills”. Describing how Poslovna inteligencija works,  students could learn what is consulting and how Poslovna inteligencija combines the knowledge if IT abd Economy through its services and products and how recruitment process for hiring apprentices looks like. Regarding value of the diploma win the eyes of prospective employer Anita pointed out “the diploma is not plain paper, but the employer guarantees of our acquired knowledge, competence and effort spent over the period of study.”

Libertas International University is the oldest private university in Croatia. It developed out of Libertas Business School in Zagreb and DIU Libertas International University in Zagreb and Dubrovnik. In 2016, these two institutions merged, and today Libertas International University consists of four faculties and a business school.
