Until now, the CEO of Poslovna inteligencija was Dražen Oreščanin, who became the President of the Board of Owners and through this role remains involved in the business. Lidija Karaga takes over the position of CEO from the position of Board Member in charge of sales, business development and project management.
The remaining members of the Management Board, Slađana Krpić and Anita Cvetić Oreščanin will remain in their current roles. Dražen Oreščanin, in addition to the role of President of the Board of Owners of Poslovna inteligencija, will be focused on business development and investor relations in the company Legit, a successful spin-off of Poslovna inteligencija.
Dražen Oreščanin, Anita Cvetić Oreščanin and Lidija Karaga founded Poslovna Inteligencija more than 20 years ago. Since then, the company has been on an upward trajectory and has established itself as a leader in the field of data and analytics in this part of Europe, and is successfully making its way into the global market.
Lidija Karaga has been with Poslovna inteligencija since 2002, in the position of Director of Consulting, and since 2010 she has been a member of the Management Board. She is responsible for the continuous improvement of the consultant’s internal knowledge and competency development, ensuring the quality of delivery on projects and solving key issues related to project management. Since this year she has been responsible for sales and business development, and precisely because of her emphasis on the successful expansion of foreign business, Lidija’s focus will continue to be strengthening the global market presence of Poslovna inteligencija.
“This change is a logical and final step in the transformation that included the expansion of the Management Board, the separation of Legit and the change in Dražen’s role. As a co-founder, I have been involved in the management of the company from the very beginning and I am extremely proud of everything we have done so far. We are continuing this legacy ambitiously, in the direction of global growth, guided by our basic principle: everything we do must be good for employees, clients and the company at the same time. We are becoming an IT company with a 100% female Management Board, and we believe that in this way we will encourage additional positive changes in the industry,” said Lidija Karaga on the occasion of assuming the new role.
