What is CSRD?
Corporate Sustainability Reporting (CSRD) Directive modernises and strengthens the rules concerning the social and environmental information that companies have to report. EU law requires all large companies and all listed companies (except listed micro-enterprises) to disclose information on what they see as the risks and opportunities arising from social and environmental issues, and on the impact of their activities on people and the environment.
ESG in banking and finance sector
Poslovna inteligencija was a part of the “Zagreb – bankarsko i financijsko središte” conference, a year-end tradition by Poslovni dnevnik, focusing on the banking and finance sector and the challenges and opportunities of ESG reporting.
Our Delivery Director, Anja Kuhar, addressed a key challenge in ESG reporting – data collection. Particularly for financial institutions navigating the sustainability landscape, reporting on the proportion of their portfolio invested in sustainable activities means data must be collected from third parties, which is a very complex process.
Anja spoke about how IBM Envizi ESG Suite helps you solve your biggest reporting challenges – it simplifies the capture, consolidation, management, analysis, and reporting of your ESG data. Envizi removes the challenges and complexity of ESG data collection, analysis and reporting so you can harness the power of data to fast-track your success.
